Republic Day (2017-2018)
Description: The constitution which was passed by the constituent assembly of India on 26 November 1949 was adopted on 26th January 1950. Since then India has been celebrating this day as Republic Day. It’s a matter of great pride that Holy Child school too celebrates this day with zeal and enthusiasm . The chief guest for the event this year, Mrs Sangeeta Suri ,a former student of the school ,was given warm & ceremonial welcome . An animated and vibrant cultural programme was presented. Yoga exercises were performed by little children of class IV & V. Intricate & deft moves of martial art & Taekwando students stole the show. Last but not the least , our shinning stars ; ICSE & ISE toppers of 2017-18 were awarded .The two and half hour long programme came to an end with the Vote of thanks, proposed by the Prefect of the school.
